HI-TEK COATED BULLETS

Chey-Cast Bullets is wholly owned by Choice Ammunition. We utilize the innovative Hi-Tek Super Coating to enhance the performance and safety of our hard-cast projectiles. This advanced heat-set coating molecularly bonds to the lead bullet, creating a durable, uniform layer that completely encapsulates the lead and replaces traditional wax lubricants. By doing so, it significantly reduces lead exposure and fouling in the firearm's barrel, promoting a cleaner and healthier shooting experience. The Hi-Tek coating offers several advantages over conventional lubrication methods. Its molecular bond ensures that the coating remains intact during firing, minimizing fouling and making firearm maintenance easier. The uniform and durable coating enhances bullet performance by reducing barrel friction and improving accuracy. An added benefit of Hi-Tek coated bullets is their approval for use in indoor ranges, making them a safer and more environmentally friendly choice for shooters who frequent such facilities. Chey-Cast Bullets are hard cast with a Brinell hardness of 16-18, using an alloy composition of 92% lead, 6% antimony, and 2% tin. This composition ensures a strong, reliable projectile for a variety of shooting applications, including range practice and cowboy action shooting. In summary, the Hi-Tek coating’s molecular bond to the lead makes Chey-Cast Bullets a superior choice, offering improved cleanliness, reduced health risks, indoor range approval, and high performance.
