This advanced heat-set coating molecularly bonds to the lead bullet, creating a durable, uniform layer that completely encapsulates the lead and replaces traditional wax lubricants. By doing so, it significantly reduces lead exposure and fouling in the firearm's barrel, promoting a cleaner and healthier shooting experience. The Hi-Tek coating offers several advantages over conventional lubrication methods. Its molecular bond ensures that the coating remains intact during firing, minimizing fouling and making firearm maintenance easier. Chey-Cast Bullets are hard cast with a Brinell hardness of 16-18, using an alloy composition of 92% lead, 6% antimony, and 2% tin.
