Our ammunition is loaded to SAAMI specifications unless otherwise noted. Any firearm modified from its original, factory condition, may not match the performance achieved through our extensive testing at our facilities. This includes primer detonation, accuracy, and stated velocities.
WARRANTY:
Choice Ammunition, Corp. warrants our ammunition for a period of one year, to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. If we find the ammunition to be defective for either of these reasons, we will replace the ammunition free of charge including shipping.
We carefully evaluate any warranty claim on a case by case basis. Please contact us at 406-961-6942 to report any issue and receive a specific RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for your case and return. The .243 Winchester Super Short Magnum or .243 WSSM is a rifle cartridge introduced in 2003. It uses a .300 WSM (Winchester Short Magnum) case shortened and necked down to accept a .243 in/6mm diameter bullet, and is a high velocity round based on ballistics design philosophies that are intended to produce a high level of efficiency. The correct name for the cartridge, as listed by the Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers’ Institute (SAAMI), is 243 WSSM, without a decimal point. This cartridge is used for small game such as varmints and for animals as large as deer.
Choice Ammunition loads the .243 WSSM with the same 100% hand-loading techniques as our other calibers. The Bullet- 
100-PERCENT COPPER BODY
Since its introduction in 2003, Barnes’ TSX Bullet has earned a reputation as “the perfect hunting bullet.” Now, Barnes has improved on perfection by adding a streamlined polymer tip. The new Tipped TSX features the same 100-percent copper body with multiple rings cut into the shank. It delivers the same gnat’s-eyelash accuracy and “dead right there” performance—but with an added polymer tip that boosts BC and improves long-range ballistics. The tip and a re-engineered nose cavity provide even faster expansion.
